A 3D, holographic gaming system. An internal magnet so you can hook a bunch of screens together. Wall-to-wall glass.
Are they coming to the new Apple iPad 3 Wednesday? Er, no.
While the latest video from San Francisco-based design company Aatma Studio purports to be a sneak peek at the newest version of Apple's market-dominating tablet computer, it's actually more like a wish-list of what they'd like to see.
But it's a cool one, and it's already drawn millions of hits on Youtube. As of Tuesday morning, more than 3.7 million people had watched the video.
In addition to the holographic display, which is shown being used for a football video game, the faux-iPad 3 also features "edge to edge retinal display," meaning the entire front surface of the iPad is useable.
The iPad 3 video a natural follow-up to Aatma's iPhone 5 "preview," which also had the holographic display, as well as a laser keyboard.
