There are few Google Chromebooks floating around out there already, but the machines haven't exactly been super popular. As it stands now, all the current Chromebooks run Intel Atom processors. There have been some indications that Chromebooks running ARM processors are coming. The latest Chromebook we have seen was the Sony Chromebook that crossed the FCC last week.
There are several tidbits around the web that talk about a Chrome OS device called Daisy. One place the little tidbits have surfaced is the Google Code issue tracker site. A device code named Daisy has turned up there with references to the Samsung Exynos 5250 processor. That is an ARM Cortex A15 dual-core SoC clocked at 2 GHz.
Other details that are rumored for the Daisy device include an Ethernet port, which isn't something Chromebooks have had so far. Typically, Chromebooks rely on mobile networks and Wi-Fi for connectivity. There have also been some indications that an Nvidia chip could also be in play in some Chrome devices floating around with testers with the string "tegra2_kaen" having been spotted in test notes.
